Customs costs:

All our orders are shipped from Germany. For this reason, there are no customs duties or import taxes within the EU.
Please note that outside the EU there may be different regulations regarding customs duties or import sales tax.These fees are 100% payable to the customs authorities of the country of destination & must be borne by you, even if you refuse to accept the parcel. These costs will be deducted from the credit note in the event of a return.

What should I do if I have received a defective product?

Please contact our customer service at info@lucky-looping.shop with photos of the defect so that we can find a solution, be it replacement or refund.

I have received a damaged parcel

Everything okay with your items?
If only the packaging has been damaged and you want to return something, simply use the packaging of your choice for the return shipment. Remember to use the return documents from our returns portal so that everything ends up at the right address. Unfortunately, we cannot replace damaged shipping material.

Has an item arrived damaged or is something missing?
In this case, we need a damage report. Please send us photos of the damaged packaging and your order number using the service form. We will then explain to you exactly how to proceed.

Why was my parcel not delivered and sent back to the sender?

Simply contact us using the following contact form

This is usually due to a typing error. We will correct it & send you your package again.

What happens if an item is not in stock?

If an item you would like to have is no longer in stock, you can be notified by e-mail as soon as it is available again.

Simply go to your desired item and enter your e-mail address in the field.

Can I change my order after I have placed it?

Unfortunately this is not possible. In very urgent cases you can try to reach us by phone, but there is no guarantee. Please check your order carefully before purchasing.

Where is my parcel?

We will inform you about the estimated delivery time of your order in your order confirmation email.
