Answers to frequently asked questions (FAQs)
How do I return an item?
If you don't like an item, you can return it to our returns center within 14 days. Simply fill out the returns form.
Please note: From now on, all returns (including those from Germany) will be subject to the original shipping costs (e.g. €4.90 domestic / €14.90 international). Even for orders over €100 (which were eligible for free shipping), you must pay the return shipping costs.
We will of course cover the return costs for defective or incorrectly delivered items.
Who bears the costs for a return shipment?

You must also pay for any loss in value of the goods if this has been caused by handling that was not necessary to check the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.
What do I do if an item arrives damaged or something is missing?
If an item has arrived damaged or something is missing, please report the damage using our service form. Send us photos of the damaged packaging and your order number so that we can explain exactly how to proceed.
Can I have damaged shipping material replaced?
Unfortunately, we cannot replace damaged shipping material. If you want to return an item, you can use the packaging of your choice. Make sure you use the return documents from our returns portal so that everything is addressed correctly.
